Antibody-drug conjugate ( ADC) comprises monoclonal antibodies targeting specific antigens and small-molecule cytotoxic drugs through a linker (linker), which has the powerful killing effect of traditional small-molecule chemotherapy and tumor targeting of antibody drugs. It has the advantages of high specificity, low toxicity, and minimum side effects for tumor treatment. ADC drugs need to maximize potency while minimizing non-target toxicity, so optimizing antibodies, linkers, and small molecule drugs and their rational combination is also the core of ADC drug design. Various combinatorial optimization processes require the use of ADC standards.
